Handyman & Home Repair Services in Grand Rapids and Wyoming, MI

Sometimes you just need something fixed. A door that won't close right, a towel bar that pulled out of the wall, a ceiling fan that needs to come down and a new one to go up. These are the kinds of tasks that sit on a list for months — not because they're hard, but because finding someone reliable to handle them is harder than it should be.

Titan provides one-time handyman and install services throughout Grand Rapids, Wyoming, and West Michigan. The work gets done correctly, on schedule, and without the runaround.

Common Projects Titan Handles

Titan's handyman services cover a wide range of residential repair and installation work. If you're unsure whether your project is a fit, call or email — we'll tell you honestly.

Common one-time projects include door and window adjustments, furniture assembly, shelf and shelving unit installation, curtain rod and blind installation, caulking and weatherstripping, cabinet door adjustments, towel bar and bathroom fixture installation, picture hanging and gallery wall setup, light fixture swaps, ceiling fan installation, minor drywall patching, and exterior caulking around windows and doors.

This isn't a complete list — it's a representative one. The common thread is that these are tasks that require the right tools, a bit of experience, and someone who'll do them properly the first time.

Common handyman & installation requests include:

  • Door alignment, sticking doors, and strike plate adjustments

  • Cabinet hardware, hinges, latches, handles

  • Curtain rods, blinds, towel bars, shelving (standard installs)

  • Wall mounting small items (mirrors, hooks, organizers)

  • Minor drywall patching (small holes), basic touch-up prep

  • Weatherstripping and small drafts (basic improvements)

  • Small safety upgrades (grab points where appropriate, stability fixes)

  • General “small tasks list” support

  • Window treatment (blinds, curtains, or drapes) installation

One-Time Service vs. The Home Stability Program

One-time handyman calls are the right tool for specific, defined tasks. But if you find yourself scheduling Titan two or three times a year for different things—or if you're noticing that your home's to-do list keeps growing—the Home Stability Program may be a better fit.

The program covers quarterly visits with a structured scope of inspection and minor repairs, a written home health report, and the continuity of a technician who knows your home. For homeowners who want more than a series of one-off fixes, it's worth a conversation. Learn more on the Home Stability Program page.

Pricing Approach

Titan pricing is designed to be clear, fair, and predictable.

  • Small tasks: Many handyman items can be completed as a simple starting service once the scope is confirmed.

  • Multiple items/to-do lists: If you have several small tasks, we can quote a structured half-day or full-day block, so work stays efficient and organized.

  • Scope confirmation: We confirm details by phone/text first whenever possible. If the scope is unclear, we may schedule a short on-site assessment before quoting.

  • Materials: Basic supplies may be included for minor adjustments. If materials or specialty hardware are needed, it is confirmed before purchase/installation.

  • Licensed trade needs: If an item requires a licensed professional (electrical/plumbing/HVAC/roofing), we will identify it clearly and recommend the appropriate next step.
